Her experience across a range of sectors both at home and internationally includes strategy design and delivery, culture development, change management and business turnarounds, digital transformation, M&A and demergers, as well as working in compliance for the FCA.

Mike is an innovative and entrepreneurial HR professional with more than 30 years’ commercial experience, much at a senior level in a range of sectors including retail, health, banking and charities. Mike works at both strategic and operational levels deploying sound interpersonal and influencing skills. He also supports businesses with their executive resourcing, leadership programmes, organisational design and change management, talent acquisition and retention.
Mike is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and holds a Management Services Certificate and Diploma awarded by the Institute of Management Services.
